The CREDIT ED Helper Directory's Testimony
CREDIT was established after a small group of Christian eating disorder clinicians decided that they were tired of being alone. Oftentimes, being a Christ-centered provider in a secular mental health field can feel isolating and discouraging. This group of Christian providers made the decision to link arms and go against the cultural current together. What started as a simple monthly Zoom call to encourage, pray and discuss difficult case consultations transformed into a larger group of believers (both nationally and internationally) empowering one another to stand for truth and be bold in the faith. Together, we actively choose collaboration over competition in the eating disorder field, while committing to keeping Christ at the center of it all.
